Returns, Refunds & Order Changes

At Holland Landscape Supply, we take pride in providing high-quality landscape materials and accurate order fulfillment. Due to the nature of bulk materials, our return policy is designed to ensure product quality and fairness for all customers.


Bulk Material Sales (Mulch, Stone, Soil)

All bulk material sales are final once loaded or delivered.

Because these materials are handled in bulk and can be contaminated once they leave our yard or are dumped on-site, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on:

  • Mulch
  • Decorative stone
  • Topsoil
  • Sand, gravel, or similar materials

We strongly encourage customers to confirm product selection and quantity before loading or delivery. Our team is always happy to help you choose the right material for your project.


Before Loading or Delivery

If you need to make a change:

  • Orders may be adjusted or canceled before material is loaded or dispatched for delivery
  • Once a truck is loaded or en route, the order is considered final

Delivered Orders

Once material has been delivered and dumped:

  • The order is considered accepted and complete
  • No returns, exchanges, or refunds can be issued

Delivery fees are non-refundable once delivery has been scheduled or completed.


Bagged Products & Hard Goods

Unused, unopened bagged materials or retail items may be eligible for return under the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of purchase
  • In original, unused condition
  • Accompanied by a receipt

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee.


Order Issues or Concerns

If there is an issue with your order (incorrect product, quantity discrepancy, etc.), please contact us immediately upon delivery.

We will work with you to resolve any legitimate issues, but concerns must be reported:

  • Before the material is used or moved
  • Preferably while the driver is still on-site

Natural Material Disclaimer

Landscape materials are natural products. Variations in:

  • Color
  • Texture
  • Size

are normal and not considered defects.
